Hi,

Could you please give me a detailed list of these service standards. As far as I am concerned if elderly and disabled people are suffering a reduced quality of life because of shoddy maintenance schedules then we need to take action I will be launching a petition on this issue and taking it to the relevant press.

Thank you for your email.I have looked on the system and the feedback
from the highway inspector is as below.


Inspected footpath on 26th October. Noted slight deterioration between
Church and the Bungalows but nothing that meets the Council's Service
Standards to warrant repairs at this time. The next inspection of the
footway will be carried out in November 2011
